​     Thank you for choosing to stay with us here at Richmore Hall Campsite, when you chose to book with us you are agreeing to read and adhere to some basic rules to make everyone's stay as enjoyable as possible.

            BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

                   

                  There will be no refunds within 1 week of arrival date.

                  No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

                  The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

                  Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.

                  Bookings are nominative and non-transferable

 

             ARRIVALS & DEPARTURE

                   All arrivals must stop at the entrance and check in at the reception

 

                  Check in: 1pm until 8 pm

 

                  Request for a late check in should be arranged prior

 

                  Departure: 12 noon

 

                  Requests for a later stay incur a charge of £10 per unit until 6pm on day of departure.

 

 

                    ADMISSION

 

                    Each party is required to have a responsible adult of at least 21yrs of age

 

                   

             VEHICLE

 

                     Only one car per pitch is permitted, extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area

     

                     Guests must ensure that their vehicle and personal insurance covers third party liability whilst                                                                                in the  site

     

                    Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work related purposes, carrying goods or fare paying                                                   passengers ) and sign written vehicles are not permitted on site

 

                     Continental touring caravans ( caravans built with the passenger door on the right hand side)                                                            are not permitted on site

 

 

 

                     SAFETY

                    Open fires & firepits are not permitted.  However ,disposable barbeques are permitted as long as                         they are lifted off the grass. Please ensure to keep all hot pans, barbeques etc. off of the grass.

 

 

                      NOISE

                      We kindly request all our visitors to observe and respect the quiet hours between 11 p.m. and                                                         8  a.m

 

                      CHILDREN

                     

                      An adult must supervise children at all times. Playing around the utility blocks or other pitches                          are not permitted. Ball and throwing games must not be played around the caravans as this                                may cause breakage /disturbance to other campers – there is ample space in the play area                                provided for such games.

 

                     DOGS

                        Dogs are welcome but  must be kept on leads and supervised at all times
